The 2012 MVP of Tapology Discussion thread (updated rosters)

as much as I want to see how big the other thread will get throughout the year, I think we needed a cleaner OP for newer members to be able to tell what is going on, so for all future discussion please come to this thread and kindly let the other one die. 

The draft is over and we have our 6 new FANTASTIC teams, I'm really excited to see how this season unfolds as I think any team can win after the draft here is the new updated rosters and the team standings as of WEEK 8.

It's not a rule change because your "outshining" anyone it's because you're taking advantage of a non-listed rule. It's an exploit, not a strategy. I'm going to figure it out with Wake but since you want to try and maneuver around things, I guess I'll have to implement an earlier deadline for making changes.

@AnikM and the only reason I decided to come back out of retirement was because Messiah let me know he wanted me on the team. Don't take it personally, it's really not a big deal.

Oldnick will falter, he won't make all the picks all year, guaranteed. And I love how you have proclaimed already that Tapology Top Team and Honey Badgers are going to pass us, scared much?

we have 11 members in the top 44, I'm sitting here laughing that you think we'll finish behind anyone, let alone 3 teams....

Also, Gregory will turn out to be the best Zuffa picker watch, his finishes in UFC events are ridiculous, he's going to be getting our team 250 bonus points like every week.

By the way, do one of you mind linking me to the old forum? I don't plan on posting in it but would like to see it to try to keep up with what is going on somehow. I went 8/9 on Cage Warriors. I always do really good with that org for some reason. Team Punk Rock is going to whoop that ass!!!!

To the self-proclaimed "MMAMessiah",

At first I felt bad, but now I'm glad I didn't respond to your post about joining your team (especially since you asked me even though I gave wolf my word).

With that said, I don't talk on these forums much... but seeing my name in a negative light from someone I've never spoken with is quite odd. I know this is all fun and games, but it sounds like someone is a little scared of competition?

I will not falter, especially now since you brought it up. I don't even care if my team wins, as long as I help the defeat of your team I'm fine with that. That is my goal. Take care and have fun losing. It has begun.
