Overall, I still just think Daley is a good striker with nothing else going on. He'll beat the stuffing out of Shirai though.

Yuya shirai just wont be strong enough for this fight, Daley by Dumbs Dumbs to the dome in the first minutes of the fight.

T-Wood! I think Woodley presents a tough style matchup.  Still inexperienced and hopefully developing & improving, but I might pick Woodley to win the fight.

I know nothing about Shirai so I'm sure he'll come out of no where to me and beat Daley! I really like Daley and feel he takes this fight on his way to a title shot against Nick Diaz

More interesting question: Can this end more brutally than the KO of Scott Smith? Actually Shirai will probably be cautious and clinch as much as he can if he knows what's good for him.

Yuya, has the ability to use his ground game to sneak out a victory. If this goes to victory, I think Daley will win viate split decision. If Yuya can't take him down, I think it is nighty-night time for Yuya.

Daley never looks good on smaller shows (watch his fights at Shark Fights and Impact), but he should still win a decision. I'd love to see him lose though.
