Rules you like to see, or go away?

If you had a choice, what one rule would you implement or one rule you would take away?

Personally, I'm not a big fan of elbows. More than delivering know out blows, they cause some serious cuts that can ends fights. Al-la Chris Leben vs Kenny Florain .. Leben dominates the whole fight and Florian lands one elbow and cuts him so the doctor calls it off.. I dont think its like landing a lucky knockout blow, its a cut. This is just my opinion!!

I want to See the Definition of a downed opponent to be- On your back, 2 knees, one knee or BOTH hands down

on the first occurrence of a foul (Low blow, Eye Poke, Grabbing of the cage, Gloves, or Shorts) I would like the refs to stop the action to issue first warning, Then Deduct 1 Point after the second Occurrence, And maybe 2 point deduction or DQ after the 3rd infraction of the same kind.

stopping for cage/shorts grab seems unnesecary complications- issue warning without stop avoids reposistioning for restarts
