1. Colby Covington-
Former UFC interim welterweight champion Colby Covington recently revealed that he walked around at 182. He is one of the smallest guys at 170 lb. Most lightweights walk around at that weight. Colby Covington however is too big for a 155 lb.
2.Dustin Porier-
For a long long time now, former UFC interim lightweight champion Dustin Poirier has been talking about move to 170 lb. The problem is is that he's a bit too big for 155 lbs, but he's too small for 170 lbs. Him only being 5'9 is an issue because most welterweights are over 6 ft. If Dustin had a perfect way it would be 165 lbs, and he would be able to win more fights, and even being Undisputed champion in the super lightweight division.
3. Gilbert Burns-
Former UFC Welterweight Title Challenger Gilbert Burns, used to fight at 155 lbs from 2014-2019. We've seen recently that him fighting the bigger guys (Khamzat Chimaiev,Kamaru Usman,Belal Muhummad, Etc) that's been an issue for the Brazilian. The issue is that if he goes back down to 155 lbs, it will be a horrendous weight cut four Burns because of the fact that over the years since he has fought welterweight he gained a little bit of weight a little bit of weight, to the point where he would look like a TJ Dillashaw 125 lbs. Therefor, 165 is the best option for the Brazilian Gilbert Burns.

Only problem with a 165 weight class is it would make 155 and 170 a lot thinner of a weight class.
