Movsar Evloev definitely deserves to be on this list over most of the guys you have ranked. To be honest Saaiman has beaten way better competition than Raul Rosas too. Gabriel Bonfim should be on the list as well. Azamat Murzakonov, too. Thats probably most of them though, Aliaskhab Khizriev.

off the top of my head those are the undefeated guys worth mentioning in the ufc and thats a rough estimate of a top 10 ranking imo

There are some great fighters who fight so amazingly like this is do or die for them. Many fighters have achieved the title of being unbeatable by scoring many wins. I like Umar Nurmagomedov, the cousin of Khabib Nurmagomedov, and  Khamzat Chimaev. They both are so commendable and their fighting style is just beyond this world that’s why it’s always great to see them fight and win. 
 

Mosvar is on the list at #8, everyone else you mentioned is on the list just not in the top 10, you have to veiw the ranking page for the full list
