Instead of spamming the boards everytime I see some cool news, I’ll post it here. I’ll also keep track of prospects I like, new signings to ufc/dwcs/Bellator/etc.

@JR but he proved himself to be a non-quitter.
All I'm saying is O'Malley has quit in him that a lot of people or fans of his don't acknowledge, I don't hate O'Malley but I think he gets exposed here.
If I'm wrong than he'll show me up.

https://www.tapology.com/fightcenter/fighters/46973-michael-tobin-the-great-white Anyone know what happened to this kid? He was one of the hottest prospects in Australia and lost in a freak upset ko to a can and has pretty much just disappeared. No updates on any social media since 2019 and no fights booked since. He’s only 29 so he could make a comeback but idk if this kid died or what. Anyone know? I doubt anyone does but I’m very confused by his disappearance. Cant find anything about retirement either

@Ayylmao
I don't have any official information but I'd bet it has something to do with how hard Australia locked down at the start of the pandemic. He got knocked out pretty badly in 2019, then maybe as he was ready to come back the whole world shut down. They'd opened up since then so still doesn't explain where he's been recently, but at least plausible

Yeah that’s what I was thinking. Hope to see him back soon; he was a very creative grappler

@Ayy, clowning aside. You should put some time into writing or a youtube channel. You invest so much into MMA, might as well see if you can generate a platform for yourself.
Not sure if you're in school or what for, but even if the MMA stuff never takes off, which it probably won't, that kind of activity and skill can look good towards a bunch of different job sectors.
Edit* By clowning, I mean the cancer on the UFC forum by that guy's split personalities.

@tieoken 🤣🤣thanks. Yeah I’ve been thinking of doing it. I plan to apply for an internship at some mma org this semester; my career services at school is really good so I’m gonna see what we can do in the way of an internship/job opportunity. I’ve been looking at working for ufc/Bellator/LFA

Damn, sarcasm is hard to detect over the internet I see. I think every good MMA YouTuber starts with predictions on upcoming events (totally not bias saying this)

Yeah that’s probably what I was thinking of doing. I haven’t watched tape for this weeks event (lol) so I’ll start next week. Maybe I can do prospect reports weekly too and in-depth breakdowns of certain fighters too

Oh yeah a prospect watch would be big. Also breakdowns of regional shows usually do very well from my experience. It's a bit of a double edged sword cause less people watch them, but that also mean's there less people predicting them. There's no channel that consistently does every single LFA or Cage Warriors event. Even the people who usually do them occasionally skip a few

Yeah I mean obviously I wouldn’t cover the 0-0 vs 0-4 guys who fight but I’d cover the notable fights. Weekly Prospect watch will definitely happen tho

They should punish Dylan Hazan and Luke Shanks by making them fight each other loser gets cut and winner gets fed to their toughest 125 prospect (or just fighter in general).,, which is hopefully not Dylan Hazan cause I can't imagine he wants to fight himself
