Brundage is a good step up. I actually really wanted to see that fight next. Brundage has good skills but a lot of quit in him and bad fight iq. It’s the perfect step up for bo, extremely winnable fight but brundage has enough skills that it’s not a layup. Brundage has power and decent wrestling ability

I mean - I guess it doesn't take much to be a step up over Val Woodburn lol. Never one to complain about what will likely be a sub 3 minute finish, but I was hoping they would pick an opponent with more excitement - thinking Petroski / Oleksiejczuk / Warlley Alves types

@coz imo any of those guys are way too big of a step up for Bo. Hes still only 5-0

I believe he can go far but he’s got a very long way to go before he can face real comp. His striking needs a lot of work and we haven’t even seen much of his wrestling yet. Brundage can test him in each category

Brundage is better than others tbf, he's a bit of a quitter but he's dangerous in r1 so it's a step up from pickett and woodburn

For some reason it seems to me that Nickal is definitely a real deal
He can beat and he can wrestle and he has the mentality of a fighter.
The most important thing in my opinion is the third of course. A sportsman can be a successful wrestler, but not have the mentality of a fighter for mma
Even if he gets knocked out somewhere along the way to success, he will still achieve something serious in mma

I'm so ******* sick of the Apex, it just takes fight nights away from foreign countries or even US cities. Plus they're usually half assed to fit espn schedule demands

Still being complacent with a poor product just allows them to make it ****ter and more expensive. While I doubt it i do hold out hope that PFL will be able to compete and at least make UFC a little more price elastic, maybe then they'd actually put some effort in rather than sitting on their big **** off monopoly.
