Instead of spamming the boards everytime I see some cool news, I’ll post it here. I’ll also keep track of prospects I like, new signings to ufc/dwcs/Bellator/etc.

If Ortega can't sub Volk I don't see Mitchell doing it. Volk tears him apart on the feet also.

Nobody is getting past volk until he retires tbh. He’s so elite

wont ever happen but I would like to see how Pico would stack up against him. Better Boxing and better wrestling. only getting better still as well.

Aaron pico is a beast. I’d love to see him in the ufc at some point 

I have been a fan of Pico for around 10 years since he was wrestling, I still believe he can become a world champ

Speaking of pico, it’s already known info but it just reminded me that his former pankration team member (who also beat him multiple times in pankration), Clayton Carpenter, is getting his ufc shot on dwcs this season. I rate Clayton very highly as he’s similar to mokaev in that he was basically bred into mma; been doing combat sports his whole life. 

Could see him making waves at 125

Mitchell's potential is unmatched in that division imo. If he takes his time i think he can do it. Think about the developments in striking, from a few decent kicks to beating Barboza on the feet. I favour Volk tbh but if anyone is gonna beat him it's mitchell in a year or two. 

Adrian yanez is now ranked #15

Darrius flowers, amirlan gogoladze, Josh Wang Kim, and Cameron saaimon all added to dwcs roster. Love all of these signings, especially JWK he’s my favorite prospect atm 

Darius flowers is 11-5 with 7 ko’s and 1 submission. On paper he looks like a terrible regional guy (with quite the ugly boxing record too) but he got this signing because he gained notoriety for picking up 3 wins in 20 days, with two of them being ko wins over solid guys in LFA. We will have to see if his luck continues 

Amirlan gogoladze is 14-2 with 7 ko and 3 sub. I recently saw him fight on gfc 16, where he won in a dominant, first round ko, to become the GFC MW champ. Amirlan has a lot of experience, and trains out of the very underrated (imo) UFD gym in Germany. He carries a ton of power and has lots of high level experience in UAE warriors and M-1 

Cameron Saaiman is 5-0 with 3 ko 1 sub. He train at team CIT with Dricus du plessis and despite only being 21, He brings a 10 fight winstreak with 5 wins as an amatuer and 5 as a pro. He just recently became the efc bantamweight champion, proving he can go five rounds and going the distnce for the first time in his career. He is really young, but the potential is there. If he doesn’t win this season, I’m sure we will see him back eventually. 

Josh Wang-Kim is 5-1 with 2 ko’s and 2 sub. You may have heard me mention him before, as he is my favorite e prospect out there. His style is super entertaining; he fights in a karate stance similar to wonderboy, and has a diverse striking arsenal. He also has shown solid wrestling and sick submission game. His last fight was odd; he has a weird jon Jones esque situatuon where he threw elbows that were illegal (I think they may have been) and then his opponent tried to punch JWK after the bell, which should have been a dq on his part. It was very weird but whatever, he’s still very good imo

I guess we can assume they will face each other. I saw in twitter Darrius is going to welterweight for the DWCS fight, so it makes sense.

@can yes it would appear that way. I've seen several other sources saying that Wang- Kim will fight Saaimon so it makes sense for Flowers and Gogoladze.

Also, while i enjoy some of these names I can help but notice a lack of light heavyweights. A shame because there are a lot of prospects they could put on the show and it's one of the shallower divisions. There is even still a ton of MW prospects untouched but at least they have a few mw matchups booked.

Also it seems they are really focusing on Flyweight this year. I hope we get Phumi Nkuta on this season as a few of his gym mates are already booked.

Good, they shat on that division for so long despite the potential and they're ow actually giving it the credit it deserves

According to ali, cejudo has started a training camp 👀 him and Petr yan have been going back and forth on Twitter the past week so it seems a fight is on the horizon 

He is only 5-0 though. Even though he is skilled, he is still young and more experience goes a long way. I wouldn't mind him against another 5-0 guy like Cody Davis or any number of flyweights with a winning record.

True it’s just that he fights like a 20 fight vet when he’s in there. The good prospects from LAW are ufc ready around 5-0 imo
