Honestly bud I have never ever heard that said in my life. Wog has a different, not funny at all meaning, whenever I have heard it. It's a racist term.

Wogs are Italians and Greeks over here. Also Lebanese.
It's not very offensive down under, most of the wogs here call themselves wogs/won't be offended at being called a wog or at worst will be mildly irritated by it.
We're not as uptight as our cousins across the pond!

I've only really heard it on the football terraces back in the day. Not really heard it used anywhere for years. Especially not describing a Tiny Porridge loving Scotsman!!! Haha I don't know bud? Words have different meanings in all kinds of different ways depending on how you say it, where you are, who you say it to!!!
I think people are more easily offended everywhere nowadays. I blame social media!!!
