Here we are folks. The epic draft just concluded and we have our ten teams! This is the thread we will come to discuss the MVP race as well as the championship, it is also the thread I will update everything in. Just so the captains know. Everyone who is currently and will join Tapology in the future are free agents. Someone on your team stops coming or just isn't producing? Drop him and pick someone up to improve your team! As a free agent, how does one go about finding a suitor? I feel like I've at least somewhat earned the right to be drafted somewhere. How about it?

Team Punk Rock is in last place?  Where are the standings?

all the events have not been inputed yet.

 

@ sonnenssyringe we expand in march i think so be patient a little while longer. although some teams might be dropping somebody b/c they will be falling from the ranks. its not my team though.

As I said many times, I'll only post 1 update when all the results are official.

I like our chances wolf--our team for the most part averaged top quartile in all the events.  That's pretty damn good.

Hopefully the updates come soon

How does one make their own team?  I have no clue why i got a thumbs down, i was just asking a question.

There was a draft once upon a time, the leaders of each time picked their members. When the dust was settled, these teams were born.

Yeah, but I want to make a team, not join one.

All the teams are over 100 000 points, it would be pretty hard for a new team to catch up!

you guys do accumulation type scoring? That doesnt seem that smart for longevity purposes. You should do a season, and reset the points after every few months.

1 season = 1 year.
That's why it's called "The 2012 MVP of Tapology"

But I think that each team will have to pick 1 or 2 other players in a couple of months. 

@Wake how are things coming along my man, any further progress since this morning?

@nik every captain is a black belt first of all, also seeing as I'm commissioner and how you address my posts when no one is even addressing you I don't think I'd like you to participate at all my friend. 

Edit: considering im sure most people don't realize what I'm talking about and may think it unfair for me to not allow someone to participate, nik has definitely earned it. I've had my differences with Anik and I had no problem with him, and even moreso with justynbomar and wouldn't object if he were wanted to be picked up.
