if i get over 20+ ups on this Forum, i will drop to 185 lbs and participate in a MMA event by the end of June.
If i get this it will show me that even strangers would want to help my cause. so no harm done.

seriously i don't get why people have to down me and just me for what i am trying to do. I love MMA and i am just trying to get in shape and fight, and i will only want to be physically ready to go all i can go. And the 50 people that support me i thank you. but i don't get why some people have to be so butt hurt about it. injuries suck, and now everything is messed up.

i hadnt looked at this thread since it was new!!  Lots of updates, congrats on the solid training and hopefully a good heal on the knee.

This horse gel you guys are talking about what is it and where can i find it.  IM nursing a torn mcl and menicus and hate the doctors ive dealt with here wouldnt mind something to help.

yeah rolled again yesterday, leg is feeling better but still doing pt.

and i realize yeah by bjj buddy just toys with me. so this brings me down a little bit and i have to work on things on the ground.

Very good, back to dropping weight. But for an even bigger fight.
