if i get over 20+ ups on this Forum, i will drop to 185 lbs and participate in a MMA event by the end of June.
If i get this it will show me that even strangers would want to help my cause. so no harm done.

I have finished my Physical Therapy, so they fixed up the knees and hips and back. and i feel great. still in boxing training but during the 4th-8th i am going to vegas and seeing if i can take a peek of Xtreme Couture. So hoping for the best.

did grappling for the first time against a blue belt the other day. i am surprised. first 10 seconds i pull of a RNC. it was great 10 mins straight of me arm baring, triangles, and RNC.

got caught in 2 leg locks and a choke but you got to learn from some where.

@spider I'll let hdmex speak for himself but I'm pretty sure he has prior grappling training and when he says 'did grappling for the first time' he means for the first time since recovering from his injury.

well it was the first time i have grappled with him. so honestly i think it was a fluke surprise. lol. I was in his guard then we went go. i just went and in the end i some how got his back and then i just went for it. i was as surprised as you are.

i guess he thought i was inexperienced enough to let me try it out. but it was good. we went some type stuff.

Well folks after 4 months of no accidents, it got me thinking how much it sucks to be a heavyweight in ufc 146 cause of the injuries.

but GSP, Mark Hunt, Dominick Cruz, and me

what do we all have in common

yeah folks it happened.

after 4 months of great feeling has came to an end.
so now it has the fighting comeback being dropped down and on hold.

knee popped out today and it put everything on hold.

HDMex, I use a topical substance called Bigel Oil, it is for horses. that **** helps the healing process out a ton my friend.
