I would like to know how to get a fight for my fighter in UFC.Can someone guide me and share his/her experience with me .

He is from Afghanistan? Apply for asylum in Sweden (they have a great asylum system) like Khamzat Chimaev and go train at All Stars gym, they have fighters in the UFC and maybe connections, so theres one idea. They have a a good MMA scene there too. Would be painful for you to say goodbye but sometimes you have to make sacrifices.
Maybe you could contact UFC directly and try your luck, but I know fighters sometimes will join specific gyms or relocate to regions, not just for good training but also to try and get good business connections to specific promoters or leagues... So thats all I know.

Ilir Latifi - who if I'm not mistaken is from Albania - also trains in Sweden.
