Herring is very good, his back story is amazing. Marine, Olympian, World Champion and suffered some real adversity in life and is coming out on top!
Happy for him. Just gutted for Frampton, watched his whole career. Always sucks watching your favourite fighter go out on their back! Never gets any easier
