Bloody Elbow is a site I tried but I found them to be trying to score weird political points that I don't give a damn about when I'm looking for MMA info, don't know if that's changed over time. I didn't like Sherdog when I tried it years ago but a lot of it was the look of the site so I may try them again. So if you guys know of any good sites that put out consistent and useful information such as regarding injuries, camp switches, interviews and things of that nature I'd love to know about it.

Well maybe reddit will have to suffice. If there's any other good sources I'd still like to know about them though. This is probably something you should ask chatGPT about huh? I've been meaning to try that thing out sometime.

If you're looking for good MMA content on Reddit then avoid r/ufc as well. Occasionally there's a good post and they'll be a quality ****post every week or so but it's day to day content is some of the stupidest **** I've ever read.

As for me, I am looking at 100lbs. I don't know my weight and won't know my weight. I figure 100 lbs will get me to 120-130 lbs.
I did it 14 years ago but I didn't know what I had. :(

Not laughing at you wanting to lose weight but laughing at diet drops most of that crap is made to scam people who really want to lose weight without doing the work.
Just track your calories to the best of your ability, and eat in a calorie deficiency. Cut out bad snacks like chips or candy for something more healthier like salted almonds and fruit. Maybe walk a few blocks a week or something aswell.

I just need something to help suppress an appetite. If my appetite is curbed then maybe my headaches(from low cals) will stop.
