Just wanted to put a RIP post about my friend Jahreau Shepherds. He was really on his way up over the last 2 years. He was the type of guy that would encourage anyone around the gym if they felt like they had a bad class and always had advice to give. He will be missed

It does hurt a little but there were people closer than me who it has hit much harder. You donāt expect it to happen to people you know who were grinding to something of their life . I expected to see him in the ufc in a couple of years but even still he would tell me to come training at some of the other places he goes to get extra work in. I was always outclassed but he always made you feel like you belong. He would just say a few years ago that was him. Itās sad that he never got to reach his potential. I donāt want to say to much about it there should be some news online. I just want him remembered I guess.
