They are very similar. Both guys put an arm or hand by their opponents head and slam down. One thing we can learn from this is fighters better think twice before jumping guard.

pretty strong argument right there for not jumping guard on your opponent.  both guys could have released their legs and stood from there, probably to an inferior position but at least they'd still be in the fight instead of what happened.
