To say I didn't see this coming is an understatement. Anik must know that ESPN isn't serious about MMA and got tired of coming on at 230 in the morning. I don't know how many of you go to his chats but this is obviously why he didn't do one yesterday. I think Anik is actually fairly ignorant when it comes to MMA, but he is passionate and I enjoyed his Bellator calls. Definitely a huge change, what do tapologists think about this? Are you OK with Anik doing the FX shows? And what does this mean for Rogan and Goldie on these cards?

Anything different is good, it's time for a breath of fresh air.  I find Rogan and Goldberg have gotten pretty stale, and both are overrated.  It's a relief, personally, that as the UFC has more events they won't be using those two for every event.

I would love to see a third man in the picture with Rogan and Goldberg, just to get a respite once in a while from the two of them.  I loved when they would have Randy Couture commentating, I wish they'd go back to that.  There should definitely be a former fighter commentating, I've always enjoyed that perspective.

Good signing by the UFC. I like Anik a lot.
