It was very convenient being able to see all the opponents records and the promotions the fight took place for in a nice concise layout.

Specifically, I find the following problematic:
- You've gone from having a lot of information visible at a glance to having only 2-3 fights visible when extended
- Cancelled fights are given equal size to real fights, not easily distinguishable at all from draws or NC
- The most essential information that's been hidden is the event name/promoter and the weight class. There's a difference between easily understanding a fighter's career and having to click and scroll a lot to do it.
- The same thing with losing the flags - for international fighters, you could, at a glance, see when they've moved away from their local scene, for example.
If you feel like you absolutely must hide some of the data behind a click, everything that used to be in the four main boxes should be easily visible. The stuff below can go, I guess: odds, payout, referee, music and things like "#35 GREATEST KNOCKOUT OF ALL TIME". Something like this: https://i.imgur.com/8zzvT3m.png
Though from a user's perspective, there is no need to change anything at all. The site was great. Someone alluded to there being a non-apparent reason for the new design - just a wild guess but if it's to protect from scraping, you're wasting your time. And annoying the rest of the users in the process.

I agree with the above guy basically.
Looks like another 'mobile friendly redesign' making a site uglier and less pleasing to use to me...

FYI a round of small tweaks was just made based on feedback and observations from everyone. There will be more tweaks and enhancements to come.

The only thing I would change now would be to add the weight class to the unexpanded view. Maybe some flags, too, here and there.

So some things aren't to your preference. That's life. I don't like the new mail icons but I'm not going to start screaming and flinging **** over it.Tapology is still the best MMA site on the web.
