He had him in a reverse triangle but like he was seated behind him and then he torqued the trapped arm by pushing from behind. You gotta see it.

Their bodies were in a weird position but it was basically a school yard bully version of an Americana. He grabbed the guys wrist with one hand the elbow with the other and twisted it to apply pressure to the shoulder. It was a very basic shoulder crank just happed to have his legs wrapped around him in a reverse triangle position.
