If Rashad does lose to Sam Alvey, the next logical step would be a UFN (non-PPV) prelim fight as his next fight - and how do you justify wasting $150,000 on a fighter - which is what Rashad got in each of his last three fights, and presumably what he is getting for the Alvey fight - in such a fight?

Therefore a cut seems inevitable.
