If this happens, it seems Fedor will again come out swinging for the fences... oddly that appears to be his only gameplan in his recent fights... but it should serve him well in this matchup.

This is definitely a good matchup for Fedor to get a win. Monson has next to zero standup ability, and I doubt he could do much with Fedor on the ground if he could get it there.

Talk about irrelevant fights. I dont understand why Fedor waste his time with fights like this. Fedor isnt that old and he hasnt had a career full of receiving devastating KO's or injuries. If he wanted to I think he could change his training and take fighting serious again and be relevant still. Either fix whats broken or retire

Monson's only KO/TKO losses were to Ricco Rodriguez and Pedro Rizzo. Most of his other losses came by decision. Fedor has a pretty good chance for the TKO here.

Honestly based on Fedor's last performances this opponent fits where he is at..he WAS facing the best opposition possible while being with Strikeforce and he was losing..he would continue to do so unless he took a step back and (hopefully) truly re accesses his whole training situation

im kinda feeling that fedor's legacy is tainted.. now that hes lost 3 times, hes facing a fighter he should be able to dismantle, he had big wins in the past but now im not sure he has alot left to offer to the mma community

If you look up "should have retired 6 fights ago" you'd see a picture of Fedor. Monson will sub him and then there will be another appreciation thread made about Fedor. Great :(
