Division is stacked these days. No easy fights for the sliding Chris.

Gonna pick Chris out of pity.

He really needs to work on his cardio, if he's on point, he should be able to grind out a decision against Kelvin.

not really any easy fights in the top 10 of this middleweight division, but i think Gastellum will out work chris in this one. Crazy cardio and Kelvin has been on fire. Should be a great fight though because chris needs this win so bad.

I question Weidman's cardio, Kelvin may have that edge or this could be the fight where Kelvin notices the difference in weight classes, but he should be a WW. He's 5'9 and Weidman is a towering MW at 6'2. If Magny can give Kelvin problems Chris is going to give him problems in the grappling too. Depends if Kelvin lands enough, it feels like Kelvin will stop him and Chris retires.

Weidman has seemed to gas badly in his last three fights. Kelvin on the other hand has fantastic cardio. Kelvin may have to fight his way back from losing round 1 but if he survives I could see a stoppage towards round 3.

I'm a bit confused by all the Weidman by Decision picks on here. Thus must expect Chris to wrestle him up for 3-4 rounds and his past few fights just don't show that. Chris needs a finish imo.

totally understand why people are picking kelvin, i just think it'll be difficult for him to really get inside and work his boxing. chris has a pretty good chin and can certainly work a td at opportunistic times. only question i have is gas tank, but i don't think chris is gonna break like vitor and kennedy, so while kelvin could take r4/5, i think chris will have done enough early.
