That's a good read. I get frustrated when anyone advocates doing away with elbows on the ground, but if the reward was far wider mainstream acceptance, maaaybe I could learn to live with it. It would be interesting to see what percentage of cuts in high level MMA really are caused by elbows on the ground.

I never know when or where I can catch MMA Live otherwise I would watch it.

It's usually on at about 130am to 2am on Friday mornings. If you have DVR, just set that beast up to record it.
