I think Stephens is a pretty big step down in competition for Pettis. I think Pettis will out work him on the feet until he rocks him with hard strike. Stephens will go down and scramble for his life, eventually leading to a submission near the end of the round.

Pettis will just be too fast, well rounded, and creative for Stephens.

Stephens will hang tough, and maybe have a moment of his his own here and there, but in the end Pettis will out work him.

Pettis is easily one of the most well-conditioned fighters at 155. I think he will outclass Stephens on the feet and most likely take a decision. We must not forget how good Pettis is off his back as well.
