BLC Season 7 - Week 7 :: Events, Matchups and Week 6 Recap

No more unbeaten teams left as The Junkies put on a performance for the ages with two solo wins to crush The Cuddly Samoans' dreams of the perfect season.


Now for some news / info:

Gonna put up voting thread for week 8 and then post week 8 thread as soon as voting's done, in the mean time, let's basque in the past and enjoy seeing what we already know about week 7 ;)

I've made a few minor changes to the scoring process that will save me a LOT of time and help me get these things out on time from now on.

Main change is, I've gone and seperated the game players from the free agents into two seperate tables because basically:

a) This actually gives you a weekly refreshed list of the best players that aren't in the game and not just the usual guys who were there because they had a high score when I composed the list

b) I die little inside every time I have to manually tally the scores for the "free agents" who all just end up populating the bottom half of the rankings without any real value - this list is automatically calculated from Tapology event leaderboards

c) This is the most time-consuming and useless part of the BLC scoring process, now I save all the time and actually may make it useful with a relevant list

Free Agents rankings are sorted by the following criteria:

1) Final score
2) UFC Solo Ws
3) Solo Ws
4) Events Picked
5) Highest Rank

The list will be refreshed on a weekly basis to include the past week's results
