It is a step down but Omer was clearly beating Allen before the 3rd rd guillotine.He got handled by Wrzosek too iirc.He's kind of flimsy and with Mesa's strong wrestling and grappling I see it as a close fight maybe Mesa winning.I hope Arnold smokes him,I just think it'll be a tough fight and maybe an upset.

Decision
Meza can take it. Meza is strong, good cardio, has good sub defense, and seems to avoid situations he is in. Allen does not drop that much weight for 145 and he seems very lean. I believe Meza can outmuscle and grind out Allen for the decision.
