I will do an online randomizer for all players,who's replaced with who will go from top to bottom,anyone missing the first event their opponent will fight the closest player going down the list who's opponent also missed the first event.Players fighting guys who compete in the first event but miss a full event after will fight Harold Howard.
I'll do the online randomizer for non grand prix match ups at 6:15 pm est
