Tapology Tournament Challenge 2 - WSOF 25

First off congrats to michigandolphin for winning TTC1!

I imagine TTC2 will run much smoother, since we have some idea who would be fighting in the semi-finals and hopefully there will not be any injuries.

There are some rules changes so even if you played TTC1, just give it a quick review. The biggest change is unlike TTC1, where everyone picked all potential fights, we will be doing a more 'March Madness' style of picking. If we did the previous method everyone would be picking 28 fights, when only 7 would actually take place.

RULES:
- Predictions for the bracket must be posted prior to the start of the event. 'March Madness' style; create one "bracket" that includes the round and method.
- A prediction for the total time (hours:minutes:seconds) of the seven fights must be posted prior to the start of the event - this will be used to settle ties. If a tie is still present then the tie will stand.
- We will use Tapology's scoring system.
- If an injury and replacement occurs before the event, it is up to the picker to update his/her pick(s).

Reminder the four quarterfinal bouts and two semifinal bouts will be contested over two five-minute rounds. The finals will consist of three five-minute rounds. So when you predict the total time of the seven fights that take place, the total time there could be is  minutes.

What if the people you pick to win in the Semi Finals fight each other in the tournament before the final match?

@GreenHornet553, impossible. It is a bracket system...



so it is impossible for Islam Mamedov to meet Brian Foster, before the Finals.

So not every possibility, right?

What I mean is the Bellator 4 man tournament had every conceivable option.  This one does not, right?

Ya @rappinpapsoda, with every possible combo that would be 28 predictions for people to make - that is too much when only 7 fights would happen.

I picked Baboon to win on the WSOF official bracket, so I figured I would go with Ricci here. If Ricci is focused I believe he can do well. It also helps that no prominent Tristar fighter is fighting in November, so hopefully Zahabi has been giving Ricci more attention than usual.

Is total time for all of the fights or just the winner?
