Prediction: Powell | KO/TKO | Round 2
Powell has much more experience and beat a fighter who beat Jordan.

Bout has been scrapped, Powell gets Jusin Jones instead. UFC vet, but on short notice (though Jones was originally on this card and his opponent pulled out so I wouldn't treat this as any other short notice opponent).
