@Mike, he's trying to keep the rematch alive, it's understandable. She did tag Holly once (I guess in promoter-land you'd call that "rocked a bunch of times"). I don't mind it, the truth is recorded on video and a million GIFs, it's not like we have to take his word for it ;)

She has flaws, but she far from very beatable. No one out side Holms even has the skill set to beat Ronda. She has some of the best striking and movement in all of MMA. She leaps and bonds beyond the other woman in her weight class in those area's. So, saying Ronda very beatable is quite misleading when only one person in the weight class has the skills to actually accomplish it.

And that's the thing @franklin. Ronda has never had to face someone who is elite in one discipline before like Holly is in striking. Woman's MMA is still in an infancy stage and Ronda happened to be the best in that stage. Imagine if there were 3 other girls that had the credentials of Holly Holm and throw in a few other girls that have been multiple time world champions in another combat sport....would Ronda still be as dominant as she was?

Except where not playing make believe, where talking about the division she in right now, and she not very beatable by anyone outside the champ in her division despite her flaws. That the point, so to throw around words like she very beatable as if any other fighter in her division outside Holly Holms can exploit these flaws is just wildly inaccurate. Even in the Male divisions there are very few fighters who have the movement and striking skills of Holly holms.

That's kind of a weird thing to say. I can't think of any boxing champions who transitioned into MMA in a time and way where they could still be competitive like Holm did. We might not see any other women with that sort of credentials for a long time. And Ronda did destroy an Olympic medalist...

She is very beatable. She was dominated and I bet there will be others soon who can do the same. Unfortunately I doubt we will see them as Ronda may only fight a few more times. She was the big fish in a small pond but is no longer. Her mystique is gone.

Looks like with Holm's endorsement by Intel Pharma, some journalists are now trying to make her look bad. I would not be surprised if Dana was behind that. That way they could make Ronda look less like a villain.

I don't know why people think Dana is mad about the result. There's no refunds. He's got all our money. Plus the rematch will do even bigger business. People love a redemption tale. Rocky doesn't win all the time.
