Tier 3:
4. Legacy FC 28: Dropped one tier because of the two ammy fights.
5. KOTC: Short Fuse: Only two fights so far, so this may end up being a tier 5 card depending on how it gets filled out. Also, this card is on Thursday.
Tier 4:
6. Egyptian FC 19
7. Romanian XF 16
