Wow. Can't believe he tested positive 2 weeks before the fight. Bad news for him and the UFC. Jon Jones' 2015 has now gone from the supposed best year of his career to a likely huge stumbling block.

I'm surprised (well, not really, considering the money involved) that they let him fight if they already knew he failed the test. While not punishable under the commission, it has to be a violation of the UFC conduct policy.

i don't understand? So if WADA tested him and he failed shouldn't he get a suspension at least? Didn't Overeem fail his test before the JDS fight outside of competition and he got suspended.

Different rules and stipulations for different substances. Out-of-competition testing doesn't hold punishments for recreational drugs, only PEDs. I think.
