Great fight. I think Cruickshank's faster and fought very intelligently last time out. But this is a good one.

Noons is gonna get ****** up. He's got a good beard, so he might make it to decision, but I don't see how he wins this.

Cruickshank has really been keeping active lately and they match him up with the best guys for his style possible nearly every time. I like it.

This is the type of fight Cruickshank keeps losing for no reason. Guys who have better hand technique then him give him fits a lot of the time. If he stays on his legs and improves his boxing attack/defense he might move forward in the rankings

Whenever I hear "KJ Noons", this is all I think of and I'll use any excuse to post the gif. It's my most fond memory of KJ:




KJ going to sleep against Daron as well. The only difference is it will be from a head kick and it won't be as funny. It will be enjoyable nonetheless.

Prediction: Noons  |  Decision

Cruickshank has the slight edge in striking and grappling (should it go there) but Noons gets the edge on dirty boxing and clinching. The smaller TUF cage will prove to be a huge factor however as it’ll help Noons keep cut the distance and neutralize Cruickshank’s kicks. A close fight that can swing either way but Noons could eke out a mild upset in the score cards.
