I'm picking Alves by decision.  The only reason I'm not picking him to knock Abedi out is because he hasn't looked all that impressive lately, especially when it comes to aggression.

This would be a big upset and yes Papy COULD make some noise, I just don't see it happening unless he switches up his usual fighting style. He needs to use his Judo offensively to win this. His striking power is good but technique is miles behind Alves.

I'll take those odds.  48% for picks, and only 12% of the masses are taking Abedi.  I'm sticking with Thiago not only of my own logic, but the odds support it as well.  Alves all the way.
