I am constantly watching fights that took place years ago as I get caught up on my MMA history. Sometimes I want to know what you guys think, so here we are!

I just finished watching the Bobby Lashley vs Mike Cook "fight" if you can call it that. How much was Cook paid to stick his neck out and not try and escape that guillitine?

@Soccer, I haven't seen that one. I'm leaning toward buying those unofficial sets of the UFC dark ages cards on Amazon.

I watched the same episode of fight vault today. That was the shadiest fight I've seen.

Just finished the TUF 13 Finale. Ferguson's KO of Nijem was viscious!

Just saw Fedor vs Fujita for the first time today, WOW! I had to watch it twice, and Rampage's guest commentating was pretty funny.

Didn't watch it for the first time, but watched Dan Henderson vs Little Nog for the first time in a long time and Shogun vs Little Nog. Two of the best fights of all time IMO, especially the Shogun/Nog fight.

@skelliher, I haven't gotten that far in Pride but I'll be there soon. Watched Shockwave 2004 yesterday.

Just finished Pride 29. Rampage vs Ninja Rua was a robbery of a decision. Rampage was even saying so in the ring. Shogun and Vovchanchyn's KO's were pretty sweet though.

Pride 29 was okay... though it was kind of a bridge card.
Everyone knew Coleman was in deep crap against Cro Cop. As for Rampage vs Rua, it was way too soon to rush Rampage back into the ring. After suffering one of the most brutal and crushing knockouts of all time at Pride 28, he wasn't mentally or physically ready.
The Shogun / Kanehara fight was an eye opener and the prelude to his incredible run through that year's grand prix.

Sylvia vs Cabbage, it wasn't as hard of a beating as i've been told, in my opinion Arlovksi whooped him more. Also watching Timmy in spandex is gross.

@Gregory, I didn't even think about the turnaround for Rampage. It was less than four months! I can see the reason for his performance but it was still a terrible decision. I just started Bushido 6 and will only have 16 more Pride events left and I'll have seen them all.

Azeredo vs Firmino from Bushido 6 was good enough to make my all time lightweight fight ranking.

For anyone just getting into Pride, a great buy on Amazon is the shockwave collection, it's 4 huge stacked cards (3 or 4 hours each) all for around twenty dollars. Some sick fights on those.
