My choice would be Steve Perry from Journey. For two reasons. He's a racist POS and he made that Don't Stop Believing song. The most vile song in music history.
The thing is, if I were a fighter, I'd be a jiu-jitsu guy, no question. I've tried striking and I've tried rolling. I'm waaay more gifted on the ground and I feel letting him tap would be letting him off way too easy than if I KTFO. So I'd probably pull a Rousimar Palhares/Babalu Sobral and really crank the hold after he tapped.
