I'm a perfect 6-0 when picking John Howard.. and I will never stop. Then again.. I'm also a perfect 0-3 when picking Ryan LaFlare fights.. I've never picked him.

I used to train at Howard's gym, and a couple months ago when I was in NY I met LaFlare and got to watch him train. I will always root for Doomsday and think this is a winnable fight for him, but realistically LaFlare is probably a little too technical with his striking and takedowns. Howard mostly relies on his strength/athleticism, but LaFlare isn't exactly lacking in that department himself. LaFlare could win a decision, but I don't think his chin has really been tested, and if there's anyone who can do that, it's Doomsday.

If LaFlare wins, I would LOVE to see him matched up with Brandon Thatch. Not realistic though, as the UFC will most likely want to build them up separately since they're both such huge prospects.

I hope Doomsday loses and gets cut as he's one of the worst fighters to watch.

He just stays in first gear the entire time even if he's clearly losing.
