There's no rest for the weary fight prediction fiends on Tapology... we've got 7 events lined up for you to test your MMA knowledge and fill your profiles with points.

*edit - might only be 6 events if the colisseo event fizzles out*

Weekend lineup:

Legacy FC 7 from Houston, Texas (on HDNet)

Strikeforce Challengers 17 from Last Vegas, Nevada (on Showtime)

CFX 17 from Boston, Massachusetts

Extreme Challenge 188 from Minneapolis, Minnesota

CFA 2 from Miami, Florida

Bellator 47 from Rama, Ontario (on MTV2)

Colosseo CF 6 from Sangudo, Alberta

Contest Prizes:
First place will be 600 points, second place will be 300 points, and third place will be 150 points.

Scoring:
Contest scoring uses regular Tapology scoring. You get 50 points for every fight you pick correctly, and extra points if you perfectly call the fight via decision or the method+round combination.  To score high and have a chance at winning the mini-contest you'll need to pick as many of the fights as possible.

How to enter:
Just pick the fights and you'll be automatically entered. No need to do anything else.

GOOD LUCK!

Still need to get verified CFX results. The ones that are posted are probably accurate but I'm not sure.

@Gregory, so you're saying there's a slight chance I didn't suck as bad as it appears?

Or maybe there's a slight chance I sucked worse than it appears. Let's just leave CFX 17 alone.

@LoneRonin " Cartoons today suck "

Yup. I was watching some of the old cartoons from when I was a kid with my friend and his 5 year old. Then the new stuff came on, and I told him, if I had a kid I would get all the old cartoons on tape and thats what they would watch. The new cartoons are pure garbage.

@onehit, that's exactly what i did for my son, i got him every old cartoon i could find to give him more of a choice from the mind numbing stuff they pump out today, well that and for my own nostalgia lol

he's 10 now and his friends look at him wierd sometimes when he quotes catchphrases from 70's and 80's cartoons, but my friends all laugh and i see the nostalgic glint in their eyes as the memories come flooding back lol...

then they pause and think 'hold on' and look at him a bit wierdly too, as they don't expect kids to know about some of the older stuff, especially the cartoons that aren't repeated over and over on todays tv

@ Gregory that Dumb and Dumber post actually made me laugh for like 2 minutes.

@Jersey Im glad you brought up Scooby Doo thats another one that pisses me off. The old ones are great and then I see the new ones and its a total disappointment. They try to change classics to keep up with modern times and it completely ruins them. I mean seriously you wouldnt rebuild the Coliseum to look like the Super Dome would you?

I have the entire original xmen cartoon series on my computer. I need to start stockpiling old cartoons you guys are on to something here.

(unofficially) Congratulations @Wolf!

i think he takes it with 2775 pts, i only really checked the top few members of each leaderboard but it doesn't appear like anyone has more points.

@Piercerdan's close with 2425 and i'm close to that with 2400, so unofficial congrats to us too lol

like i said i haven't looked at everyone and the CFX results are still unconfirmed but i don't think anyone's coming close to @Wolf's total score
