I know Alves is on a losing streak but damn that's a tough debut. If Papy doesn't use his Judo he's gonna get picked apart bad  in the standup.

Im not sure how likely itd be that theyd put Alves on the prelims. especially, on a free Spike tv card. id say co main event. who else is thinking the same as i am?

its a free one on spike. i agree, that fight will be one of the main events. if it was on ppv it would be a different story.

It will be on main card but I doubt will be co main event.. Well maybe you never know.. I dont care the 3 fights announced are epic! Hope Thiago wins this one.. I will pick him by 2nd round knockout!

I just hope Thiago can keep himself motivated after that loss to Story. He should win this fight though.

That brain surgery really hurt Alves' career.  I hate to see him falling slow low in the division that he's fighting a new guy.  I wouldn't sleep on anybody though, because if you're fighting in the UFC at this point, you've got to know your stuff.  I think it's safe to say that if Thiago loses this fight, he can go ahead and call Bellator.
