Im just curious to see everyone's IMO's on Jones. If he sweeps the division, what do yall think his odds are against Velasquez? IMO, I think Jones would do great against him ...Opinions??

Jones is as unbeatable as you can get, and with him being so young, he'll only get better. He's dynamic and exciting, what's not to like?

@Yaspaa.. Oh yeah hes so unbeatable because hes been dominating for years.. Hes beaten one top 10 opponent and he was not ready for that fight at all If he defends his title 3 times or more like the likes of Silva , GSP etc then come back to me son.. I could go on and on about things not to like but I think I will save it..

Yeah but its clear now even though I love Bader he was a bit overrated.. Thiago Silva did worse to Vera so showing that doesnt do much..

Jones has been hit with some hard shots and they haven't put him down yet. Not saying his Chin is great but I think it's solid enough to at least be able to recover from a Ramage hit.

But that's only is Rampage's anticpation is good. If not, Jones will have his way as speed kills.

I'd be curious to see just how good Jones' dietitian really is. Putting on that weight would be the only part that would concern me about moving up to the HW division. Talent wise, I don't think anyone is doubting that Jones is already there.

I don't think putting on the weight will be a problem. He walks around at about 240.

Well, if that's the case then I think he can pull it off. I think the potential match-ups at HW with him are intriguing to say the least. It's crazy to think how fast Jones' career has taken off. Can't wait to see what's in store for his future. What do you think people will be saying about Jon Jones in about 10 years?

Really? You don't think at his young age, with the skills and improvement that he's displayed thus far, that he could put on an impressive lengthy career like Randy Couture? I have the feeling we'll be hearing a lot of Jon Jones for a long time in this sport.

That would be terrible if he turned out like The Truth. I could see your point though, and while I'm not a huge Jon Jones fan, I just have a feeling he's gonna be around for a while.

HAHAHA @ ONE HIT QUIT - so true, Those era's lasted all of one or two title defenses??? I can see the guy fighting at HW cuz of his frame and age, he's bound to put on too much muscle for the LHW division, but until he beat Jackson, Evans, and two more guys after that before i consider him in the era of a A Silva or GSP.

It's going to be very hard for Jones to clean out the LHW division. He's going to have to fight some very very good fighter's.
