It's likely the winner of Condit/Penn will get GSP after he dismantles Diaz. If Penn wins would anyone really want to see GSP vs Penn again? I wouldn't. Thoughts?

No, not really interested in that fight. I'm sure the UFC would give Condit the title shot, but I don't know if they would give it to Penn.

as much as how sweet the payoff of Penn beating GSP would be the risk of going through another loss like at 94 is not worth it

I have no interest in seeing GSP/Penn III or GSP/Fitch II. Neither guy will ever beat GSP.

Everyone keeps saying that GSP won't dismantle Diaz, but I think he will. GSP will take him down when he wants and he will be able to control him enough to not be submitted. Diaz has a horrible track record with wrestlers, and the reason he has been successful lately is that he hasn't fought any really good wrestlers. It will be another GSP smothered decision. As far as BJ and GSP, I would love to see them fight again, but I hope BJ works on his conditioning and strength training. If he added that to his game, he could be even better.

@mmown I agree that GSP will do pretty much as he please and beat Diaz up for 25 minutes...Great wrestlers always seem able to beat great BJJ players by controlling them...If Penn was to get with Marv Marinovich for a GSP fight like he did after UFC 94 I might be more interested...The Marinovich trained Penn was a killer sucks he only was with him a couple fights

Most MMA fans think BJ won the first fight with GSP. Sure, they're both very different fighters now, but to say Penn "could never" defeat GSP is baseless. Who knows, maybe he could have subbed GSP in their last fight if GSP wasn't greasing? But I'd be interested in seeing either Penn/GSP or Condit/GSP. Either fight would be exciting.

i may be the minority but i would love to see BJ fight GSP again. I know there isnt much incentive monetary wise for the UFC but i think there still be a competitive scrap for the two, i think BJ has improved his training and has looked good recently.

I don't wonder if the winner of Penn/Condit will fight Fitch since he got the shaft. I doubt they will, but you never know.
