Zimmerman only confronted trayvon because he had a gun and cops were on the way he was empowered only because he had a firearm, also im sure trayvon saw zimmerman and felt extremely confident that he was physically stronger then zimmerman and decided to flex some testosterone not knowing this mall cop had a gun.

If Obama and Holder pull this **** off and successfully file federal charges against Zimmerman this country is doomed, not that it is not already.

They gave zimmerman back his gun already, wow. This could get interesting considering all the death threats being thrown his way. Be careful knocking on his door he might shoot you.

Hmm i am in favor of this verdict.  Trayvon was a thug and had no right to attack zimmerman even if he was confronted. Plus i am pretty sure slamming zimmerman's head against the ground can cause permanent brain damage or put him into a coma. You don't need a gun to kill someone.. Maybe if trayvon wasn't a thug he would still be alive today. btw here is how the media portrays the situation.,,

i don't like Obama too much, but there's no way that Obama filing charges thing is true. Their "double jeopardy" definition is incorrect. The "same court" thing is ********, but also disappointing given how many people will believe it. There are ways of getting Zimmerman, you just have to be creative.

Can't file federal charges once the state has made its decision. All his administration can do is over look the case and make sure evidence was admissible.

If you read the article it clearly states that the intent of the federal government would be to file infringement of civil Liberties and nothing to do with the charges that Zimmerman already beat.

And if you don't think Obama is about to violate the Constitution concerning Obamacare and the delay on enforcing a law that is set to go in place in 2014 then I don't know what to tell you.
