Again regardless of who any fighter asks for all a fighter can do is beat the guys who Joe Silva puts in front of them. So many people think Guillard should get a title shot or he's one win away from one. That's crazy. He hasn't beaten anyone and that division is stacked unlike the hw division.

I think schaub is smart for asking for this fight. He probably sees an aging fighter with a huge name and deteriorating skills. I think he would need one more win over a top 5 guy if he should get past nog though before hes even mentioned for a possible title shot

I see Schaub KOing or TKOing Big Nog. Between the long layoff & the wars he's been through, Noguiera isn't the same fighter he used to be.

Hurts to pick against Noguera but he seems to battle worn and has a suspect chin as of late. Schaub will be too much for Nogueira on he feet and will get his lights put out before he can mount a Nog-like heroic comeback.

I don't think Schaub has the power to KO Nog, but I think he will be too fast for Nog and outpoint to a clear decision.

I keep going back and forth on this one. I could see it going either way. Schaub could just be too fast, and hit too hard. He could end up putting Nog down like Mir and Cain did.

Then again, if Nogueira has regained some of his old form with all this time off, and he can get a hold of Schaub, and get a takedown, I definitely think he can submit Schaub from there.

I want to pick Nogueira in this fight. I really do. I think if he can get it to the ground he could definitely sub Schaub.

But I'm picking Schaub. Schaub will be just too athletic, well prepared, fast, and strong. He'll defend Nogueira's takedowns, and knock him out.

Veterans can sometimes be easier to gameplan for cuz you know how they fight. Younger, developing fighters can be trickier to judge since they are constantly improving. I think Schaub knows about Nog's ground game and his boxing. I see him trying to use his speed and athleticsm to mainly point fight.
