Brown will use his offensive wrestling and win a unanimous decision; Nam Phan has horrible TDD, I hope Nam Phan doesn't get cut with a loss though, if MTB loses he deserves to get cut.

I like Nam Phan and his unorthodox and creative striking, but I think Brown is too much for him in this match-up. Brown wins by decision after Phan slows down a bit after an explosive 1st round.
