Prodigy is ******* great but I just can't get over the **** he wrote in his autobiography...dude is bat****.
Going through this thread makes me so happy, I ******* love these songs. cal1 is on a whole new level of respect after posting NY State of Mind, in my opinion the greatest rap song of all-time. And then MadMike goes and posts Illmatic, the greatest rap album of all-time. And THEN he posts It Was a Good Day by Ice Cube, one of my favorite songs ever. poirier posting Juice by Eric B and Rakim (the best song on the Juice soundtrack, no doubt) and Can't Wake Up by KRS-One makes me happy.
I think page 2 of this thread is my favorite thread page of all-time. Seeing all these awesome songs being posted by other people made my day.
Anyways, here are some awesome songs for you guys:
Biggie's verse just gives me goosebumps.
Most underrated rapper ever, I honestly think if he was given publicity he and Nas would be one and two for greatest rappers ever. AZ not getting the respect he deserves enrages me up to an unreasonable point.
Top 5 IMO.

I know this isn't old but Joey Bada$$ is (in my opinion) one of the two most talented rappers today. He's such a pure old school rapper, it's amazing to think that he's my age when he spits with the maturity that most older rappers don't possess.
I always get **** when I say this but I'm telling you all, rap has come back. Joey Bada$$ and Kendrick Lamar are the modern day reincarnations of B.I.G. and 2pac. They both definitely have the talent and they've both shown it, now it's time for everyone to accept it.
