I've seen a Tapology Talks for everything else so wth.

With the playoffs approaching lets talk some basketball.

Some news from recently:

- Heat get 18th win straight over Indiana.

- Lakers beat Chicago to take 8th seed in the West.

- Durants 23 pts and 10 rebs get the Thunder their 5th win in a row against the Cetics.

- Raptors beat Cavs, Kyrie Irving injures shoulder.

- Magic gave the 76ers their 5th straight loss.

- Suns beat Rockets even though Harden gets 38 pts.

Start of the playoffs today. Cavs/Warriors looks like the most likely Finals matchup.

Most interesting time in the NBA in at least 10 years. Not only is the best player in the NBA unclear (I have at least 4 in the "top tier", but with Durant & Klay basically missing a year and the impending free agency, everything is up for grabs next year.

Current top players off the top of my head:

1) Kawhi
2) Giannis
3) AD

4) Lebron
5) Durant

6) PG
7) Steph
8) Harden

9) Lillard
10) Embiid

Strange times indeed. I get the feeling non of the four main sport leagues will make it through a season. Not even the modified seasons.

Joel Embiid should've won the MVP. Then both he and Jokic would have 1 and Giannis 2 but all 3 were great this season.

Jason Tatum has elevated himself into the elite discussion by arguably outplaying Durant while James Harden has seemingly fallen off a cliff.

Milwaukee, Boston, Warriors in that order are the most likely champs but I'm still rooting hard for Memphis, just don't see it happening.

So many teams, in every sport, are emulating the Rams, because they mortgaged their future for quick fixes, and it yielded them a Super Bowl championship.

But how soon we forget the original quick-fixer, George Allen, who was 2-7 in the playoffs.

The Sixers did the same thing to obtain James Harden, who has a long history of disappearing in the postseason.

And it blew up in their faces.
