I'm not totally sold on either guy to be honest, but for now I am thinking Cruickshank by decision.

Even though Cruickshank has very good striking, I think Makdessi is on another level when it comes to the technical aspect. However, I think the difference maker in my opinion will be Cruickshank's ability to mix in his strikes with his takedowns well. He should be able to make Makdessi hesitate when he throws sytrikes which will throw off his striking game. Cruickshank via UD.

Cruikshank is an exciting fighter, but he tends to get a little wild and leaves his chin exposed at times. Makdessi is very technical and showcased it against Stout. I want Cruickshank to win but I honestly think he is going to get caught. But who knows we will have to see.

Makdessi is so erratic. Never know which one is going to show up. Spinning back fist Makdessi or the Makdessi that fought Hallman and looked like a fish out of water on the ground.
