Haven't seen a thread on this so i thought I'd make one.

So what's Tapology playing?

I've been dabbling in a bunch of games but i keep going back to Uncharted 3,Black Ops 2 and BF 3 multiplayer.

What do you guys think I should get the new Xbox when it comes out or the new PlayStation ?

I havnt played Pokemon in like 10 years , In the new ones is there still only like 150 pokemon to find or with all the new ones are there like 500 you can encounter now in the game ? If so that takes "gotta catch em all " to a new lvl.  That 3D pokemon looks pretty cool , makes me wish i had a 3DS

I asked the same thing.  Everybody generally said PS4.

@curtwag84  yea there are always new pokemon for every generation  and there are 649 with the 5 generations. x and y will be gen 6 ..  you gotta catch em all

38k+ vs 2k+

Only MS could **** up the huge lead they had with the 360 vs PS3. I was an avid 360 player then after my 3rd one RRoD'ed I bought a PS3 and am happy as hell with that.

They're going to face serious consequences if they don't do something about it.

I've not owned a Playstation since the PS1, but I'm seriously considering making the switch. In all likelihood I'd just buy both though.

I've already made up my mind I'm going playstation this time. I always loved ps but went with Xbox 360 because ps3 was like 600 dollars.

Gonna pick up Skyrim today because I want a game to play. Just wondering what are some things I should look out for or do in this game?

Waiting for the new NHL game for XBOX360 and the new GTA.

Also waiting for WAR OF THE VIKINGS! Made by the creators of War of the Roses, an online medieval combat game I have been playing lately. Check it out if you are interested in a 3rd person online up to 64 players (PC game) it's pretty fun once you get used to it, but it does take some time. I think it is free now through Steam, which is pretty cool.

I tried to find a better gameplay trailer but they are all pretty long and yeah, so here's a trailer with some decent footage. What it doesn't show is how big some of the battles can be.

@flying Quit your job, dump your gf/wife and buy enough Mountain Dew and Doritos to last you a month. Close the blinds, smash your phone, and enjoy the game. 

Get Skyrim on the PC if you can.  The console version is cool, but the PC version is way better.

After watching some CoD Ghosts and GTA online video,

Been playing Payday 2 and Saints Row IV which came out today , both are real good. Payday is kind of grindy but I have faith the free DLC will make it a little better.

As far a skyrim goes , have fun . You can do whatever you want in that game , you can explore the huge detailed world , you can grind missions . You can go town to town stealing keys to everyones house for fun . You can join the thieves guild or a assassin group for hire . You can go learn how to use magic at a university of sorts. You can pick a side in the war and join their army. Or you can just grind your main story line and discover your power and how you got it. or you can do all of the above which will take a while but will be fun.

The best part is you can go any direction and start any quest almost right away because enemies scale to your lvl.

I suggest you participate in the drinking contest in Solitude , one of the funniest things in the game for me.

@cal1 thanks for the advice, man. I will take that sex line off my speed dial and stop browsing ****ography. I can't smash the phone.. About to go buy some Mountain Dew and Doritos, combine the two and pour them over my naked body. Then Skyrim commences.

@curtwag thanks, I had heard the game had a lot to do in it just wanted to know some things I could do. I think I'll just do a bit of the main story and explore for a bit. I'll remember the drinking contest for sure.
