Haven't seen a thread on this so i thought I'd make one.
So what's Tapology playing?
I've been dabbling in a bunch of games but i keep going back to Uncharted 3,Black Ops 2 and BF 3 multiplayer.

Made a ton of fighters ON THE DISC only playable if you buy them as DLC. I don't like **** like that. EA is the type of company that will look for the fighters people are most pumped for and use them as a promo tool. Again ,referring back to Fight Night. They have 2 George Foremans in the game. The PRIME Foreman and the older Foreman. The older Foreman is playable right away, but the prime one is locked. You can only unlock it by using some Dr Pepper promo code ******** ... the promo lasted a few months. So now, if you don't have Foreman ... you will never get Foreman.

I thought THQ did a good job with UFC 3 (especially the Pride grand prix tournaments). They kept the game familiar with controls and just made it better with each release.
EA will definitely up the graphics quite a bit, but it's all about the gameplay which, I'm not really sure how I feel about it. Didn't really care for the controls on EA MMA, but we'll just have to wait and see.

Gah you're making me cringe remembering I'm probably gonna have to close to $100 to buy it here.
If there's anything bad that can be said about Australia its that they make you sell a kidney if you want to buy video games.

$500+ for the console, atleast $70 for the game .. IF I buy this console it would be for this game alone ... GTA comes out in Sept so it would be for this game alone. $600 to play a UFC game in which EA will probably ruin ... ****.

I welcome EA's interpretation of the new UFC game. EA MMA had some serious problems but smoothness of the striking was so much fun because not every punch was a picture perfect one button action. If you went all wild and **** with the analog then your fighters technique went out the window.
EA MMA was incredibly cheesy with tribal **** everywhere and boring stereotypical rock constantly playing. EA are the best and now that they have a guideline of a franchise that knows exactly what it wants then I expect great things. ****, even a full roster would beat all 3 previous games hands down.
